1. My boyfriend and I decided to go to Brussels for New year, and found through the Eurostar website a brilliant deal.
We were dubious it would not be a nice hotel, but we were really pleased when we got there. The hotel was very grand, and the rooms were really nice. A good tv with BBC1 &BBC2, a very nice bathroom (where you could also listen to the telly through a speaker in the ceiling).

If you go there it is nice to go to the News Bar before heading into town. They serve really nice cocktails, and give you olives and peanuts each time you come in.

We never had dinner at the hotels restaurant however we did have breakfast. Alhthough it was expensive it was really nice, and even the option for some champagne. A good selection of food.

All in all a really good hotel I would def recommend, as a good starting point for a trip as 30 second walk to the metro!

2. I was a little nervous after a) not seeing many reviews for this hotel and b) seeing mediocre ratings for the reviews I *did* find, but this hotel is an absolute gem. It’s close to the metro, in a safe part of town, close to bars and restaurants, and offers a large (by European standards), clean room at a good price. Granted, we were there in November, so it’s not really the “high” season, but we were amazed at what we got at the price we got it for. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Brussels.

3. Basically a well used business hotel we had a comfortable three nights here. It’s not central but this helped to make it quieter. The room we had was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff we found polite and helpful. On arrival I asked for a quiet non-smoking room and that’s exactly what we got. There was some minor damage in the bathroom (a clumsy previous guest?) which was fixed during our stay without our asking.
If you want a reasonably priced, clean and quiet hotel with ‘no frills’ this could suit you.

4. This is a lovely hotel! We booked this hotel through the Eurostar website for a train and hotel combo deal from London. It is very modern and has very clean and spacious rooms. It is not in the city centre, but is a 2 min walk from the metro station and is very convenient to get into the city. It was a very relaxing vacation as it is in a quiet area and has very friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend it.
